Who is this Workshop for?

I appreciate wine, I would like to be more comfortable during my tastings, to be able to understand and appreciate the work of the winegrowers. The goal is to become an informed taster, however, in 3 hours you will not become an expert but you will have the keys to practice independently!

An initiation generally allows you to present in a simple way the main things you need to know in order to be able to taste, know if you appreciate a wine and have the tools to describe it so as not to miss the work of the winemaker. The rest comes with practice!

Having fun when tasting a wine remains the main thing!

why this workshop?

First of all, Nicolas and I, both oenologists, love to share our work and our passion. To do this, we organize numerous events: wine festivals or open days. We want to move to another dimension with workshops in smaller committees and sharing more technical knowledge.

Second point: We want to unwind the people who pass through the door of our Domaine! The world of wine can sometimes seem 'a little snobbish' or elitist. Tasting can seem complicated or reserved only for experts and we don't want that anymore! Tasting and appreciating a wine is not reserved only for technicians and experts!!
